Description

We’re seeking a Bilingual Project Manager to support our client (the Province of New Brunswick), Department of Social Development for implementing a new Salesforce case and care management system.
The solution will manage intake, assessment, care planning, inspections, and payments, serving citizens, vendors, and staff in both official languages.

This is a professional services engagement for an independent consultant (not a salaried employee role) - you must complete the provided skill matrix with your resume.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle using Agile practices.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate bilingual communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and change control.
- Support requirements gathering, sprint planning, and user story development.
- Provide clear, bilingual project updates and status reports.

Mandatory Requirements:
Education: Degree in Business Administration or IT (or equivalent diploma and experience).

Experience:
5+ years managing IT projects and cross-functional teams;
2+ years full lifecycle Agile delivery.
Proven experience in change management, cost/resource planning, and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of IT systems and business process alignment.
Language: Advanced proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
Certification: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 (required).

Assets:
- Experience in government or public sector digital transformation.
- Salesforce or similar case management project experience.
